★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not their first time customer. Wanted to make booking at 11:45am to meet the cut off at 12noon. Called the customer service and trying to verify the rates for the service required. The website shows $15 for Island wide 5 hours but the customer service quoted $25. When I questioned why is it different from website, simply replied, "if you want to make booking, drop us email, we quote you and if you happy then we proceed."
Without explaining why the website rate is not applicable. If you want to put down the rates, make sure it is valid. If your website quoted low rate and trying to attract customers, please do not waste customer's time. If you rates are only applicable to certain distance, please also indicate clearly. Please be professional.
