Called to make an appointment to collect my marriage cert at ROMM like ask for cpf money back very difficult. Need to bring up to superior about this or that matter la.. what matter?? All I want is just for them to tell me a appropriate date and time to collect it but make it sound like going court. Anyway, the parking on weekends there is crazy.. by the time u find ur parking lot, u forgot what u suppose to do at ROM already.

Wonderful place to get married officially. They are so organised. My Friend got married here both are foreigners. They prepared their marriage certificates in advance. They just taken 20 mins to complete all the formalities. They lady was tremendous who knot both of them.

Best place in singapore to get marriage. Best help ever from Desmond. I would rate him in particular 10/5 if I could. So thankful for him. He has literally saved our marriage.

please fix the carpark sensor. it indicated 32 available lots when there were none.. lots of cars were driving in only to have to 3 point out..

The people there mostly very rude. They dont have proper information, straight away say cannot marry coz i dont have "single letter", then i asked where in the website say need this "single letter", he cant find. Then he just ignore us, ask us to go home. Nvr even give further advice, and dw to register my marriage. Very bad experience

This place is on top of a hill. Prepare to walk some distance at an inclined height to reach this place. ROM is Registry of Marriage, ROMM is Registry of Muslim Marriages. People come here to register their marriages, and be recognized as official couples under the Singapore law. Note: you cannot just walk-in, you need to book an appointment beforehand, before going in. For more information, go to the Registry of Marriage website.

Please avoid coming during the lunch break between 12.30pm-2.00pm since there will be only one counter opening, and you need to expect to wait for very very long although there are no many couples waiting. The person who called us to come down said we just have to come in to do some amendments to our documents without needing to wait. And here we are making use of our hour plus and counting waiting time to write this review.? Also no clear instructions on what further documentation we would have to provide.

It's not really a place that inspires love, unfortunately, despite it being the place to formally register your marriage. The whole process from the time you entered the place, to the time you exited, felt extremely clinical. Security guards were guiding you from place to place. Everyone working there was hiding behind desks and queue numbers. Even the JP was trying to close the entire registration process off like she was orchestrating a surgery. As someone visiting a friend's registration, I just hoped that there was more warmth and love, for a place that is meant to deliver love for eternity.
