★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service and bad quality. Wilson refused to come on-site to do proper measurement, and then deny his responsibility afterwards when it doesn't fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If possible I would say Reich Kitchen Design deserves no stars at all. Similar to Bertrand's experience only this time, Wilson overpromised and seriously underdelivered. I've engaged other companies for carpentry work before and his quality is the worst! The installation was done so poorly, cupboard doors didn't close well, hinges were drilled crooked. Out of the kindness of my mum's heart when he asked for the last payment, she gave it to him. The quality of the works were bad so we asked him to come to rectify them, he came but not all are complete. Since then when we have tried multiple times to contact him to ix the rest of the defects, either ignored our calls or told us he would call us back - which he never did. DO NOT ENGAGE WILSON for your carpentry works. YOU WILL REGRET IT. PLUS he overcharges! Engage at your own RISK.
