โ โ โ โ โ do pm me if you would like to know more on the details. bided a bag on 23 Nov 2021. was given a notification on carting out of items on 25 Nov 2021 at 11.47am to see if im still keen on that bag. i replied yes i am and ask if tonight got live cause wana consolidate the items. AND here comes the horrifying message from the customer service saying if i dont cart out at 6pm they will release my order and they keep repeating that this is a system. and further indicate that this morning theres 2 person who enquire this bag. i had been buying from Reluxe quite often and looking at their live quite frequent. All i can say buy at your own risk.

โ โ โ โ โ First time purchase with them via live in Korean when I received the item just notice miss out one item.
They told me sorry for late inform and will make refund to me. In fact,I think they should inform customer before send out and shipping to customer. If customer forgot how many item was purchased because the proceed was take 3-4 weeks to receive the parcel and I purchase different item from them like bag,clothes...this is was too terrible experience for me and haven't receive any refund from them for the unavailable item as I already paid before already 17days from 19/4/2022 . Disappointed the service provide from them, at least someone can follow up customer for the late refund.
