There is ‘NO AFTER SALES’ service provided for their customers.
Totally NO Exchange and NO Refund for defected goods.
Not even an “Apology” but totally refuses to cooperate and will just turn you down without any source of solution.
We are their customer and I believed customer always have their right for any defect of all their purchases.
It seems Every Goods you purchase from them will be at your own risk.
I strongly believe after sales support is important and plays an important role in customer satisfaction and customer retention.
The Retailer confirmed that Most of their products are Authentic and being import from USA and Europe.
I am hesitant with the bag authenticity/Genuine leather as what the seller has claimed.
Worst experienced ever in my entire life
Police report and Case has been submitted for my dissatisfaction

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy management with all the dummies admin Sell and Sell and Live Stream everyday yet delivery never fulfilled Look at the lady boss keep take photo of affected parties comments but issues still unsolved perfunctory only with those Gong Tao viewers keep asking you to give seller time to check or target those affected parties so pitiful of them Pay money yet got scolded from checking the status still dare to say they have many years experience yet now how no different from another LIVE streamer at least they scolded hard and real unlike you the management and team try to act nice and by KEEPING silent never reply to PM nor pretend don't see affected parties comments never refund $ as promise delivery can't fulfilled after months of waiting funny I hope all affected parties do not give up on your checking you people got the right to do so.
