Rely is amazing.

If this is the Rely that provides buy now pay later scheme, then the review is for them. My experience with Rely was unpleasant, i tried signing up a Rely account based on zalora promo, which entitles discount after using Rely. Upon checking out, I decided to make full payment for the purchase with Rely instead of deducting from my card monthly. System did not detect this and even proceeded to deduct money from my account automatically. Upon emailing them, they took almost 2 weeks just to resolve this. I have since opted to remove my account and details from Rely just in case issues arise again, I have no faith in trusting my credit card to this company. In spite of this being their errors, there were no apologies done, they even asked me why I decided to cancel my account instead of apologizing.
