But thank god reno guys services was beyond my expectations..
Honourable mention to Faiq & Bilal for being extremely patience with me during the process of renovation.. They were not pushy in upselling irrelevant things for my house and definitely honest..
Price wise no comment Lah, hands down cheaper then most reno companies I've surveyed before..
Hook em up guys, really friendly and affordable.. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gave all the information and dimensions. After chasing for the quotation and they committed to get back with the quotation by weekend, all they replied during the weekend is that they are unable to do it due to their full schedule. Was disappointed that all that wait was for nothing.
I do not want to assume what is going on back end but I don't think it's good to leave people hanging for one week and thus the 1 star review. If you cannot do it say so from the very start.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent over the floor plan, details of renovation required, and no response for a simple quotation at all. Whatsapp them, status showed "online", message read and still they don't bother to respond.
Being on time & responsive should be a priority when you're in renovation line, however this company failed terribly. Absolutely.

Requested for quotation via their website. Received an auto notification. No response for a week. Sent an email to query. Faiq responded that Bilal will contact me. Received WA msg on Wednesday from Bilal who requested to meet so he can better assess. I responded same day and gave him the days that I'll be at home. No respond from him although it marked as read. On Thursday, I WA him again to tell him I am okay to meet at his office on most Saturdays. No respond still. Is it too difficult to schedule a meeting with a potential client?
