Our Interior Designer Mr Aidil was very responsive, professional and good in following up with the renovation process. He was experienced and able to address our queries and clarify any doubts we had. He also gave practical suggestions to our intended ID Ideas. Definitely not the pushy salesman kind of ID. He was patient and able to work around last minute changes which cropped up during our renovation process. He also set realistic timelines for us especially during the Circuit Breaker Phase 2 period. We definitely will give him 10/10 for the quality of work delivered. Thank you so much for being a part of our Dream Home journey!

Engaged Aidil to renovate my mother’s kitchen. Even though it is a small project, he was willing to take up the job despite their busy schedule. There were slight hiccups along the way but everything got rectified immediately. Overall, the renovation journey was a pleasant one. Aidil is definitely honest, trustworthy and reliable. Would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I have engaged Renovation Contractor Singapore to renovate my condo at The Tropica. They have done an awesone job! I am glad that I engaged them as they have been able to take the ideas that I have given and turned them into reality. I renovated my kitchen cabinet and kitchen flooring. Had a new wardrobe for the master bedroom and many more carpentry works in various parts of my home. I also asked for a specific marble from Brazil to be installed at my window ledge and they managed to fulfill my request. They also did plastering work for my dining room ceiling and installed cove lighting as well. The whole house had the electrical wires reinstalled and i had new Daikin airconditioners installed in all 5 rooms. There were many other renovation works that they did for me. Besides the great service and quality of products provided, what is worth mentioning is that in spite of the tight deadline given, they were able to complete the renovation on time and on schedule. The boss of the company is also present on a daily basis at my place during the renovation. This is reaasuring and keeps me at ease. He is also able to explain to me the process of the work being done. With over 25 years of experience he was able to explain to me lots of things related to the renovation in detail. Great contractor that did up my second home in Choa Chu Kang. They have ready made packages now for whole house renovation and quite a few others packages too. I admit I did not do enough research and just engage this contractor based on mere review online which can be skeptical. Turn out not having a pleasant experience with this contractor. From the begining the contractor already show non positive attitude that want us to just compromise with certain stuff/design because seen like he don't want troublesome work. Any difficult design u request will often getting respond of vibe of "cannot la....difficult la...will be more costly la" just to put u off the idea. Btw give credit to his sub-contractor as they are professional guy..tiler, painter etc but problem only lie with that contractor which at early phase already begin with mistakes and cause me to spend much time to supervise myself on the work. Sometimes he don't even know what wrong until I told him. It should be the other way around. Make me wonder if I am working for him. Worst scenario then happened, the contractor decide to abandon my project and leaving unfinished carpentry and partial undone electrical work. He start showing attitude after major portion of the reno fee paid. Even decide to do disappearing act for whole day and only respond when I threaten to report to police. Eventually he did refunded the unfinished work fee but totally unprofessional to abandon my renovation half way. Conclusion...if you came across somewhere review mention postive stuff about that guy, in my experience not true. for example resourceful...duh...limited supply he have...not much choice of product. That is after I hire a professional carpenter and compare the service....Not worth the stress I am getting through the period while engaging him. If u still want to hire him based on cost, my suggestion is you read the contract properly. After this conflict I realise he draft the contract with most of the term favoring him, he can do what he want without consequences. Just be cautious And to add on another incident. My gas water heater were to arrange by the contractor to remove temporarily for kitchen tile laying but to my surprise after almost 2 month, was told by him it was missing and not even apologetic about it. Just told us at most he can only compensate ua 50% of a new one. Hehe, please reply this is not true too.....for anyone reading this, u can don't take my words. But it your new home u going to renovate....you know what I am saying.... Updated * According to the contractor replies , u can see they only explain about items they have valid reason which to me point to one thing, according to their attitude, u as a client /house owner, u are not allow to make changes during renovation. Regarding unfinished work they did not explain it. Regarding FOC stuff, they only says it when we have conflict fot argument. Talk to them about refund for unfinished work and keep bring up this FOC stuff fot argument n don't want to refund for it. They threaten to charge the so call "FOC" stuff I did told them to break down each item cost then to justify. Fot example labor cost during masonry there are additional after laying.... Not even sure is it valid cost justification Conlusion is don't trust reviews, even mine. Do more homework before engage a contractor. I just want to share my experiences. Interestingly the contractor threaten me to take down the review or else... Happen next morning after I posted this review... Never respond so efficiently before until now... ?

Excellent job by Aidil and his team in clearing out our really messed up HDB four-room flat and giving it a new lease of life as a rental property. Because of his efforts we were able to rent out the property for a much higher value that what we anticipated. Thanks Aidil for your dedication to the job, your sense of responsibilty, and attention to detail. A true Champion and definitely my "Ideal contractor!"

I engaged RCS when I saw their ads in Instagram & I saw many videos of Aidil explaining about all the renovation related which convinced us to meet with Aidil. Me & my wife decided to meet him and start to discuss our plans. He is very knowledgeable & experience contractor. He will give us his opinion in our renovation plans. He will listen on our ideas rather giving ideas on our plans which for us it is a important thing. Aidil, he is very responsive on answering our concerns & question. He will put his effort to focus on our renovation plans. He will make sure that the works that he promise will get it done properly. Awesome experience overall. Aidil was accommodating and very resourceful regarding any issues with our house renovation. Did whole house plastering for cracked walls, painting and kitchen cabinet. Price was reasonable compared to outside market. We got our favourite wall paint colour with his help too. Thankiu. Recommended service… ????
