Ezen was very accommodating and flexible with the collection and return dates/ timings of the speakers at very short notice. The sound quality of the speaker that we had that came with a pair of wired and wireless mics was good. Ezen also provided helpful suggestions on how we could play easily play songs via a thumb-drive, which came in handy in our event. Thanks Ezen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though Rent Portable Av is not an established company, their customer service is honestly good. If you have budget constrains, you can really consider them to be one of your options.
Ezen is nice to talk with and is flexible. And truth to be told, she even offered us an discount for one if the equipments set that malfunctioned during our event. We didn't ask for any compensation or whatsoever, but she initiated it from herself after hearing from our feedbacks. Hence I can only say that Ezen takes feedbacks seriously and will go the extra mile to make sure that her clients have a pleasant experience in renting her equipments. Well done. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service provided by Ezen for solemnisation event at the Armenian Church. Firstly, Ezen was familiar with setting up AV at Armenian Church, so that gave me the piece of mind to know that her team will do it well.
Secondly, Ezen went above and beyond to ensure that all our requirements were taken care of (e.g. videographer needed to get audio from the sound system, and she assisted us in recommending the right system).
Thirdly, Ezen is genuinely concerned about the happiness of her clients. From our interactions, I can tell that she understands weddings are a once in a lifetime event, and she wants to make sure that as the AV provider, the system will deliver as expected.
I will recommend anyone to engage Rent Portable AV for any types of events, including weddings. They are trustworthy, reliable and most importantly, provide quality systems.
