If I could give a Zero star, I would for integrity. Knowing the car was already in a loose condition, they continued to rent it out without fixing it. Upon returning, the staff told me that I have to pay the damages when in fact the company knew it was loose all along. This is just so unethical. Ripping off money by renting cheap. No cameras on their cars too. Simply saying that they will put the blame on the customers as there is no way they can trace back. Car was given to us with the bumper being loose. You didn't send it for servicing and when it gets loose on my usage, you simply charge me with it. Update: Paid the full amount out of goodwill. Not worth renting for such unethical companies just to rip off customers at the end. Don't recommend at all
