We engaged Rentokil for a baiting program twice. Azwin attended to us. He was professional, thorough and meticulous in inspection. He explained the problems and advised us on the process. From the start and through the many weeks that followed, Azwin was prompt, patient and helpful. Kudos to this pleasant young man. Job well done!

Prompt, attentive and professional service by Mike Tan (Sales) and the technical team led by Mr Rahim. Patiently answered all our questions. Arrived punctually, all drilling/patch-up work done neatly & quickly. The team cleaned up very well thereafter. Great job done with high-end equipment plus efficient, friendly staff. Definitely recommend Rentokil!

I like to compliment Fyn Teo and Lui Peng for their excellent service and being professional. They provide excellent advise and follow up is good. However, product price can be reduced to be more competitive.

Worst customer communication I’ve encountered. After the first bed bug treatment on 13th May, I have requested the 2nd visit to be arranged on 20th May, Friday morning (this was also stated on the invoice after the 1st treatment) On 19th May I have contacted the agent to ask when the technician will be coming, and was replied that I will be contacted next morning. I’ve waited until 10am today but did not receive any calls or updates, which was frustrating. I had arranged all my schedules for this pest control that was supposed to happen today morning. Finally one of the technician called he reached my place, but turns out he was informed wrong address and was in different area (far away). Later the scheduler called to reschedule the treatment to Monday. What is this? You make me waste half of the day, with no prior updates or whatsoever, and just say you’ll reschedule the treatment? No compensation for the time I have wasted? Just giving excuses that you are all busy.. if really all technicians were β€œtoo busy” to come for my appointment, at least you should have had the courtesy to inform me at least a day before.

We engaged Rentokil for fungus gnats issue and were very impressed by their professionalism and excellent service. Alvin from sales is most prompt and helpful. The first visit was attended by their technicians - Asri and Hussin. They were pleasant, diligent and meticulous. The subsequent visit was attended by their trainer - Salleh and their technicians - Asri and Jasne. Salleh was most reassuring, and took the time to explain the cause of the infestation and the process to be done. He also advised on the steps to be taken to prevent future infestation. Like Salleh, Asri and Jasne were also very reassuring. All three of them were patient and meticulous when carrying out the process to resolve the issue. We would like to express our thanks again to Alvin, Salleh, Asri, Hussin and Jasne for their excellent service. Thank you very much.

I've been asking for an updated layout plan since May 2022 and have yet to receive it till today (4 July 2022). My numerous emails and calls were met with typical replies of Oh let me check and get back to you and no one else follow up on this subsequently. I've been chasing since morning and I finally got the mobile number of person in charge of this and she has no idea what is going on even though the email had been sent to her from the customer service team earlier today. I've been with them for 10 years and this is the worst experience yet. The representatives that I spoke to were mostly curt and unhelpful, leaving my issue unsolved. I'm still waiting for Jesline to call me back.

I would be lying if I said their service is good. Frankly it puzzled me why my experience was so much different from other reviewers. This urged me to record my experience here so other potential customers can get a realistic expectation. In general, I found the customer servicing lacks professionalism. The sales rep did not read my email correctly and made assumption falsely. It also took me three follow-ups with the accounting team to get my bill. And it took me twice to get my 2nd booking scheduled across with the customer service team. The customer service team only communicate on an absolute need-basis at their convenience. There was not a small apology for the delay even for sake of pretending to provide decent customer service. For a company which spent money on fancying up their service vans, I would expect the quality of customer service matches up. In terms of the actual cockroach extermination service, it was okay. It was certainly not the best. The technician appeared to just want to come, do the job and go. It took me a fair amount of patience and thick skin to ask questions so to understand what was the severity of the infestation. Overall, Rentokill you have a great brand. Reluctantly, as a customer, I feel that your people don't seem to be happy and that affects quality of customer interaction. I saw what appeared to be gunners who gave false 5-star on this google business account and this isn't right. If it was true you should take those down and instead work harder for better customer service before people are moving away to other providers.

I am just so amazed and very thankful for Mike Tan’s professional help and advice on dealing with the potential termite infestation. He went the extra mile to ensure my concerns were addressed , explained the reasons that led to the infestation and the possible steps to take next. His patience helped gained my trust in their brand and services. It really is rare to come across a genuine sales representative like Mike!
