I chanced upon the website when I was looking specifically for trauma-informed therapy and EMDR as a counselling tool appealed to me. Rose has helped me substantially in processing my childhood memories and triggers through the sessions and I learnt a lot about the different techniques and tools that I can use to manage my thoughts and emotions when I feel distressed. I am grateful to Rose for guiding me through our therapy sessions. Definitely recommended if you are looking for a trauma-informed counsellor.
