Rental price is acceptable for condominiums and its accessibility, but incredibly inflexible and poor management. Guards are mostly slacking on the job from observation with an unfriendly attitude... Joseph was nice though.
Most residents are renting, same with myself. If deciding, Block B is much cleaner and quieter.
Lived at this condominium for 2 years.
