Camille who is in charge of mcst for Monarchy Apartments is missing in action. Many emails have been sent and calls made to her but no response. My issues have not been taken care of and been advised since February to take a chill pill. Seriously, is this the kind of responsibility you are providing?

The current MCST at Kingsford Hillview Peak is less than desirable. The condo manager, Jimmy Tan, does not seem to be keen on addressing residents' issues or helping them seek rectification. Feedback is often neglected, he is unresponsive and takes long to reply queries. When he finally does after an extremely long wait, he dismisses the concerns with a generic reply. The previous condo management, despite their shortfalls, has been better than the current one in responding to queries and following up with cases. Why is there a need to change the management when the replacement is worse off? Is there a number or email to submit our extended feedback? There is a sizeable number of residents who are unhappy with the condo management. We noticed that Siva's comments got deleted from the review page? Admittedly there may be 2 sides to the issue but let's face it, the current condo manager is lacklastre. Our lifts have been breaking down intermittently, and takes weeks to get serviced, fire alarms go off in the day causing mad disruption to everyone especially now with WFH, the lift door locks are faulty from time to time, the building looks weary, i.e. paint peeling off and lacks maintenance. Feedback given is swept under the carpet, if so...is there a need for a condo manager??

Update after the complain, swift corrective action: 31/8 Terrible service! i wonder how the agent which is assigned to our property (MCST 2931) practise that management company's 5 R mission and values. Complain of yellowish water supply being ignored for months, do not care about the residences' hygiene, when situation is getting worse and emergency actions are needed, still take their time! Update 3/9: with the head quarter interference, the front end agent acted immediately, and the attitude had been much improved. this proves that the management company has a good self-correction mechanism. carry on!

The support we got to play holi in the condo was commendable. The team is really caring and understanding the needs of expats living miles away from home country.

The lighting at MCST2036 are not repaired for many months despite multiple feedback. Their last reply in May was that they have called the contractor to quote and wait for the contractor to send the quotation. Same goes for the faulty side gate as well. Horrible service.

The whole stretch of the lamp posts behind Tower 5 and 6 in Serenity Park have been faulty since March. I have wrote in to their management Caroline, Darren and Jou on 18 April and 6 May to feedback with attached photos and they do not even bother to reply till date. There are many lamp posts in the estate are faulty as well.

Working at Parkview is challenging but we manage to solved many old issue such as high water consumption and lighting around the Estate and undertaking all present issues with encouragement from our Management Team especially my immediate Supervisor.
