★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was led to RHOYXON in the search for a replacement hob. Ours was very old. We met a lovely person at Alexandria Village who then directed us to a WhatsApp number.
I have never had such quick WA responses with such good advice about our needs. The WA contact (whom I call Joan) was incredible. She was so knowledgeable and so fast in her replies.
She guided us in detail regarding our humble hob needs. She helped us to confirm the hob.
And then we met MR LOW. He is such an experienced and no nonsense Technician. His work to ensure the hob fitting went beyond that as he corrected electrical connections and settings.
He was a gem of helpfulness and understanding.
I don’t write reviews normally. But the experience wirh Rhoyxon has been simply wonderful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used this Italy brand of stove for 20 plus years.. decided to change and went back to the same supplier.
So happy with the product and service! Person constantly answered my queries, and even though we took very long to finally buy the product(over one year), they patiently give us all the information we need, and there was no hard selling.
Really appreciate all the assistance given, and today, our family got a new stove!
