★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the shop with my prius chassis number to get my front shock absorbers. Nice lady informed me she has stock. I drove down and got my shocks. Very quick service.
An uncle took time to show me the condition of the new shocks (no leak) and the shocks come in box labelled toyota genuine parts. I also managed to get my original prius wiper inserts.
I will come back for toyota parts again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them for some quotes and they weren't really friendly/interested. I guess they only serve big companies/workshops that places large orders, hence the apathy toward small car owners like myself.
Pricing wise, they are slightly above what other stockist are offering.
