High end tiles with very lifelike natural surface look. Great variety of exceptional looking tiles for feature wall. Ms Sharon Tay has been very helpful and accommodating, highly recommended place!

Had a really bad experience purchasing tiles from this place . Firstly , as the showroom does not have many mock up of tiles , we are unable to visualise the color tone and difference in veining for many of the tiles selected. We were only shown a render on their screens of the potential look of the individual tile. It was shocking upon delivery of tiles to realise that tiles which were supposed to have nice marble veins running across came almost blank and empty or with just small streaks of marble veins . This wasn’t the kind of tile we were willing to pay extra for. When reflecting the problem to them, they did not accept a return / refund of the empty looking marble tiles they delivered to us in the first place and instead still charged us extra for extra shipment of tiles with marble veins which was what we originally intended for. If there was no issue with their tiles in the first place, there’s no reason to doubly charge us and not accept a refund of the perfectly unused tiles that were delivered to the site. Secondly , the wood tiles they carry have severe running tone , from light to dark , and again without any mock up on the show room and based on just a render of the tile (which had a uniform color ) we were again misled to believe we could achieve the look we wanted with the tile selected but that was not the case. The end result , was severe running tone of wood tiles in my flooring , which made it look unpolished. Thirdly , the quality of tiles is considered sub par with many bad quality cut sizes and uneven thickness resulting in difficulty of tiler to achieve an even smooth finish for my work. This is not a result of poor workmanship on my tiler’s end as I had used tiles from another supplier to lay my entire living area and there was no such issues with the other suppliers’ tiles. I had been to many tiles showroom and decided on rice lab even though they were on the pricier side , because of the professionalism they showed in their showroom. However , it seems the after sales support is severely lacking , as once they have sold the tiles to you and collected payment , they seem to wash their hands off their problem , and it is up to the homeowner to work with their issues. For the high price point , lack of after sales support , bad quality tiles and misleading sales gimmick , 10/10 would not recommend anyone to go with them for their tiles .

Visited RICE fields as a walk-in homeowner, just looking to browse tiles and look around. Was attended to by Michael, who patiently took the time to show us around and explain the different tiles and their attributes etc. Was really impressed with their showrooms and selection available. Will keep RICE in mind for my tile selection!

Impressive showroom. Sales person who assisted us was Ms Mabel. She was very patience with us and explain to us the difference of the files and which material is more suitable for flooring/walls. She was knowledgeable of which stocks need to indent and which are existing stocks. She is not pushy and gave us some space to discuss and gave us her input. She gave us the samples that we need which is really helpful for our decision making with our ID. Rice has QR code for every product which helps us visualise better on an overall image of how the tiles will look like in a home setting. Overall a good experience at the showroom. Will be in touch with Mabel once we finalised on the measurement.

RICE offers very interesting selection of tiles that are beautiful and unique. Definitely worth checking out! Jessica is very experienced. Her in-depth product knowledge helped a lot with my tile selection. Appreciate the support and great service from her and her team! Thank you all :-)

Adrian was detailed in his explanation and made the effort to find tiles that fit our budget and colour. Thank you for the excellent customer service. I highly recommend this place!
