★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their job description was to move 86 cases from one cellar to a storage facility . The window for collection was 12 to 3 pm ; with prompting , the time was shifted multiple times on the day itself and only showed up at 5 pm . They only sent one guy to move the cases meaning that he had to load and transport the cases all by himself. He tried to call for reinforcements but was turned down due to lack of manpower. 3 people in the household ended up having to do most of the heavy lifting to help him out . Overall a shambolic experience. I will not recommend this service given today’s most unpleasant and unpalatable experience
