Riverview provide good service.. have a team of friendly mechanic... they show me around what they checked and those parts may need to be changed. As compare, the consumers parts is much cheaper than my previous workshop.. Quite happy with Riverview Auto Servicing..

Well equipped, with very knowledgeable service/repair staff who are able to do proper diagnosis of any car issues. Can see that they invest a lot in technology to keep up with the advances in new cars. One key point about them is they are usually very thorough in their diagnosis and rectification. Recently, before they replace a part on my car, they did a thorough check to eliminate all other variables to be sure its the specific part which is faulty before replacing the part. After replacement, they also took time to test out the car for half a day to make sure its road worthy - not just repair, release car and take money.

Using advanced computing tools and software, Riverview carries out complete diagnostic of my vehicle to find out the actual cause of the problem. Coupled with the many years of experience from Service Manager Soo Fong, the workshop managed to diagnose the problem and rectify the issue successfully. The never-say-die attitude of Soo Fong is highly commendable. Boss Vincent is honest and customer oriented, keeping me updated of the repair progress constantly. Pricing is reasonable too. Truly one of the best workshop around.

(For your information it is higher price than average workshop) after servicing completed, says my car is different from others, requires better fuel filter, therefore needs to top up. (My car is just an altis) Asked any issues with my car, no responses from the technician (not sure if they checked). Say will call back to answer on certain parts replacement, didn't call back. Back experience for this workshop. ------------------------------------ Edit* Riverview Auto provided an update on the parts replacement. Clarified, due to oversight they did not call back. Currently, my BMW 320 and Mercedes C200 are serviced here at reasonable rates. Ask for Kanash (Service Advisor). Vincent, one of the owner, is great and most helpful! Highly recommended! ??
T	Tony Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My airbag warning light came on and on the 8th Apr, i went to Kah Motor to have it checked. Their diagnostic reports stated that my airbag's inflator was faulty and the whole airbag needs to be replaced with the cost of about $1800 excluding GST. Reports also stated that my car battery is weak. However, i did not commit to have it replaced and would KIV. I sent my car to RiverView Auto & Services. They did a diagnostic check and said revealed that my car horn is not working and there is Nothing Wrong with my airbag and my car battery was okay. They checked that the car's Spiral cable was faulty. I got it replaced and the airbag warning light disappeared. Riverview Auto has done a marvellous and professional job and thus has saved me from spending $1800 if i have taken the advice from Kah Motor to change my airbag.

I've went to the cheapest car workshops to service my car before but it cannot be compared to Riverview Auto. I also think it's better to do a good one for my six year old car rather than going to a cheaper but lousy alternative. It was worth the money. Not only were they friendly and helpful when I was in doubt, the boss recommended what work was needed to be done for my car. There were many parts that needed to be changed that the previous workshops didn't tell me to. After servicing, my car ride was smoother. My car didn't vibrate so much anymore and my steering wheel was so smooth like butter. It was as if my car is brand new. Highly recommend their car servicing!
