★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst manager, he will make you resign if you not carry his 2 rounds!, he will create politics between workers to kick a person who he want yo terminate. Parent UK company doesn't care about this branch. HR support him because she want to survive there.
Employee turnover is his high there. Not many product, if less material then shutdown machine and no overtime at all.
Incapable supervisor, hr and manager. Operator has to load parts to cmm himself and run 3 machines plus cmm, parts heavy too to carry, not safe.
