β β β β β I always book premium since 500mb is not enough for me. Other providers do not have premium option, I'm glad roamingman have. Hope the premium package increase to 5GB.

β β β β β Great portable Wi-Fi device with affordable rates. 500mb per day is sufficient for me cause when I'm travelling I don't stream videos. I wouldn't recommend the device for streaming videos as well as obviously hotel Wi-Fi would be a better option.

β β β β β Marketed as "unlimited data" but pls be weary. After the limit is crossed (500MB/1G) the data rate which supposed to be 3G speed is barely usable. Even a simple search on google times out. And there isn't a way to know if the limit is approaching - out of the blue the speed grinds to a halt. I seldom passed mid-day with full speed available, despite taking precautions of using only cafe/accommodation WIFI when available and not using social media on the roads.
Connection within the city is passable but when you travel out to the countryside, the connectivity and speed is underwhelming.
Personally I wouldn't recommend this service to a friend.

β β β β β I've used it in Philippines, on website they said it's unlimited data but failed to mentioned that there is 500mb daily data limit after which your connection will become really really slow to the point you want to throw it. ?I will definetly not recommend it to anyone. Not recommended to donwload file, watch online video, video call, sync data. At this time and age even if i'm not using my phone I will consume more than half of 500mb. What more if you have more than 1 device.

β β β β β Logged on to check opening time of this office and was surprised to see only bad reviews here. I've rented their routers a few times via Klook and they do state clearly about the 500mb limit per day.
For me, while it's frustrating to only have super slow Internet access after the 500mb limit, normally the router lasts me and my wife sufficiently from morning till night. Whenever we are in our hotel, we'd use the hotel WiFi instead, and we'd be fine. It isn't a perfect router, but not as bad as worth only 1 star
