★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a ground zero DSP amplifier and installation service there. Top notch service. Although tuning not to my liking but is done professionally using standard industry practice RTA. Think I am one of a kind who still prefer the unorthodox/traditional way of tuning. Using the ear. Their price is also pretty good. I saved easily 200 to 300 dollars based on the price quoted by other reputable car audioshops.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made my way down to check on an alignment to a installation by another audio shop and got snide remarks, "maybe it was meant to be installed this way"; "why don't you go back to the shop that installed this?", "look today we are busy, yesterday we free"...blah blah blah... I mean if unwilling to accept the job just be upfront about it. It is okay to make a wasted trip but I didn't come all the way to listen to unpleasantries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good seller. And he was great with installation as well. He and his assistant was very careful with my vehicle when taking out the fittings to install the wirings for my auto tailgate. When fixing back the fittings, they were also very careful to make sure all goes back as before. When the tailgate wont close nicely, they troubleshoot diligently and made sure it was solved. Not like most shops who will just let u drive off with half-past-six jobs. I am very impressed and will surely go to him again to fix other things on my ride. Thank you so much Robin!
