★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this company workers are rude and complain too much while picking up our large box .... complain of too heavy.... that is why we ask them to leave and not to take the box ....why pay so much money for this large box if we are not allow to load fully....my wife complain at their office but same answer she receive ....that the box is heavy ... my wife ask if can refund the deposit of $25.00 the lady say that is the large box cost.... we will never engaged their services again...very bad and poor...
