I found roche employee card by the name of malita a women.how I want to send it.i got no bus fare and a poor people who not working of major illness.

I bought a accu chek performa glucometer on Friday and Saturday the pen spoilt while I was playing around with it. Called customer service on Monday the lady I spoke with told me to come down and she will change the pen for me though its not under warranty and I was a first time user. I arrived on Tuesday at 1130am just to be told by a receptionist over a intercom the staff are not available and will be back only at 3pm. I asked why was I not told when I called to avoid this day this time, she claims customers hv been informed. No I was not informed or asked to make an appointment nor was I told not to come on this day. How can all of them go for meeting at the same time without anyone to attend to customers? I am in advance pregnancy and not well and spent $27 on transport on a rainy day just to be told "sorry I can't help you". Furthermore receptionist says after meeting they will be out for lunch. Website says call line closed 12pm to 1pm for lunch w.e.f 1 Jan 2020, does not mention anything about walk in customer service closed for lunch but still I made effort to arrive before lunch time, though its still 2019. All I needed was to get a new pen is it so difficult that only selected staff can handle? Honestly want to givev 0 rating.
