★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve lost my wallet and everything in it including my work permit and passport. The officer Siraja really was not helpful. I can’t be back to my family Malaysia tonight. At least help me with lodging the reports instead of u want a prove I’m working at SB? I’ve got my FIN number u can check. But u still need a photocopy of my work permit? How in the hell am I gonna get it? Even my HQ already closed at this hour! I’ve waited for more than two hours! And there’s only 3 people in front of me. And ur pledge is to serve a complaint/reports within 15 minutes. ???? I’m really disappointed. Really am. I hope u can sleep well with that kind of attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanted to change residential address. Waited for 20 minutes and only passed two numbers. Despite queue, only one person at the counter, although many police staff in the room. Don't understand why. Long waiting time between finishing previous number and calling for the next number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge thanks to the officers who helped find my stolen bike. They were very patient and kept me updated on the investigation status. I was told it’ll take a month but they found it within a week!!!!!!! I really hope justice will be served to as many thieves as possible and number of bicycle theft will decrease.
