I intend to claim my money back and already reported this to CASE. DOnt ever think of using this company for debt recovery. Useless

The entire process from enquiry to collection of repayment took 4 months. The team at Rocket had been very professional, helpful and accommodating throughout. Also appreciate the regular SMS status updates of collection proceedings from the company.

We have heard cases whereby the debt collectors take extremely long to return the collected money to their customers but this is definitely not the case for Rocket debt collector.
