★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bak chor mee (bcm) that is full of flavour. Decent size for medium at $5.50 where you can find a bowl of soup full of ingredients. Thick cuts of pork liver cooked “medium rare” (for those who can’t stand it, do remember to ask for a well cooked one) that are tender and juicy. And complement with bouncy meat balls and fish cakes.
I love this bowl of noodle and I think this is one of the best BCM in this bukit merah area. The only con side to this is that it’s so popular that I waited 35mins for the noodle despite ordering it at 1.30pm on a weekday. However, when the tasty food is stuffed into your mouth, the complaints just went off easily ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this bcm place. Especially there way the serve their liver, the trimming is next level. Order the liver 'dry' style.
The wait can be pretty long though so be patient...or go early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the nicer noodle stalls around. Those who like their liver lightly cooked will find this place appealing. Minced meat and meat balls are well seasoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect bowl of bak chor mee. Ingredients were extremely fresh and everything were cooked just right. The livers were the highlight. The fried garlic and fat bean sprouts complemented the noodles well.
There weren’t any prices indicated but the smallest bowl was $4.50, which was already quite generous in portion. Queue was deceitfully short as customers were given a beeper to collect orders when ready. Auntie was friendly and patient despite having to handle so many customers. E-payment available.
Returned to try the fishballs, which were not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very traditional bak chor mee with delicious broth and liver. Absolutely in love with the liver soup, the liver has the crunch as it nicely blanched not overcooked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hidden in an industrial building area, ample parking space and the coffee shop is well ventilated. Be careful of the shorter than expected queue, i waited a good 45 minutes despite only 4 customers ahead of me. Apparently, there is a lot of "ghost" customers that work at the industry building, who order and went back to work, before coming down to eat when ready. Finally, the BCM is nice but probably not worth the long wait. The soup is thick and tasty and the pork used is fresh and tender, the noodles is a bit too salty for my liking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This stall has been raved by bak chor mee fans (almost) nationwide. Chilli packs a punch and liver slices perfectly cooked. I opted for a $4.50 serving, mee kia dry (thin noodles).
You get to experience a bowl of noodles cooked to high, exacting standards. My own preference would be broad rice noodles (kway teow) because that as a neutral tasting carbo would be a perfect canvas for the seasoning (tangy aromatic vinegar and punchy chilli sauce) to shine through.
But it is good to try mee kia or mee pok once in a while, as a change. Soup is tasty ( hope i dont get too thirsty later), but pork slices too soft to bite. Was it over tenderized or cooked perfectly, i cannot tell.
