Loved my experience at room hair salon. The hairstylists were very professional and friendly. My hair was soft and smooth after the treatment and I love how I looked after my hair cut. The salon also does not hard-sell their treatment and products. I had and enjoyable and relaxing time there.

My husband and I fully enjoyed the relaxing Premium Head Spa experience by Emiko and Tamami. Great ambience - Soothing music Comfort - Sofa chairs for Head massage was soft and comfortable, chair for hair wash was also at the right level Service - Detailed and top notch Highly recommended. We will definitely return. :)

I received a voucher for the premium head spa (scalp only treatment) as a gift from my friends and it was a great salon experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the professionalism and warmth of the staff who communicated with me via WhatsApp to book the appointment. Similarly, she was very warm and friendly when I arrived at the salon. Some of these more premium salons can feel very cold and austere but I felt very welcome and my nerves as a first-time customer were soon gone. The stylist, Tamami-san, was very kind and patient in explaining the treatment and did not make me feel insecure about the condition of my hair or scalp. I was truly able to relax with a wonderful scalp massage and hair wash. The additional shoulder massage was really great as well! My hair was also distinctly fresher and even after 2 days of not shampooing, my hair maintained its lightness and freshness. My scalp also just feels different. Can't explain it but it feels great. I look forward to saving up and going again :)

This was one of the best experience I have had & I highly recommend. Ambience is very comfy & clean. Tamami had done root touch up, hair cut and hair treatment for me. She is very friendly and advised me on what style will look good on me. I am loving my new style. Also, even after hair wash at home, I can still see the effect of the treatment. Most importantly NO hard selling. Will be visiting again soon!!

A first-time customer and I really enjoyed my experience. The service was excellent - extremely professional and friendly, and my stylist, Tamami, was very attentive to my concerns and requirements for my hair. Also appreciated that each client was assigned a dedicated stylist throughout the whole process. Definitely deserving of the 5 stars, and I will be back!

Did the Premium Head Spa and it was absolutely relaxing and amazing. Our first time doing such kind of spa and it blew us away. The staff really know their stuff - suggested treatment types suitable for our scalp after a scan, the right massage pressure, attentiveness to water temperature, overall decor and ambience were all very relaxing. We had such a wonderful time and we cant wait to be back. Highly recommended! Thank you again, Tamami & Emiko!

I've heard alot of amazing things from my friend and just took a chance to get my hair done at Room Hair Salon. Really cozy ambience and very clean vibe. The place is really calming. Had a great experience with my hair stylist Emiko as well. With just a few simple direction into what I want, she understood what kind of hair I want and how to achieve that in Singapore's weather. Highly recommended.

Came here for hair styling for my wedding, it was the best experience! Hair was super pretty. Tamami san is super good at what she does, highly recommend everyone to go Room salon :)
