Roubler is a user-friendly software that is easy to use. The staffs are excellent, they always solve my issues within the minute I contact them. Highly recommend to use Roubler

seems like a start up company.... system is not stable, handful of issues... e.g their mobile app have issues when apply leave, have to use desktop version at time... HR upload documents but cannot share across all employees (already 2 months and its not resolved), their customer support team (Liz Carter & Jaimi Walton) chose to ignore multiple emails and just throw all issues to online support their attitude totally change once you signed agreement, makes no sense for them to open up to asia market and only have support team based in Aus, and when you need them, makes you feel like you need to "beg" them to resolves system issues. when i ask them to set up a short meeting because i have new leave setting and need to know if system can support, they dont bother to hear any explanation or what i had to say and just give replies like "previously already set up, please refer back to the previous video" or "please liaise with live support" funny thing is they are from Aus but cannot understand simple English on i am changing the leave criteria and is totally different from what is has been set up... what's the point of referring back to video when is a totally different leave setting? and so when they (Liz Carter & Jaimi Walton) finally willing setup a meeting... i proposed date and time, then again when MIA for a week now.. emailed them and no replies... WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! **SIGN UP AT THE RISK OF FEELING CHEATED**
