Round Auto is the best in terms of service & knowledge about cars.The airmatic suspension for my Merc S350L was replaced within an hour. As I had 7 months to the end of Coe for my car ,a reconditioned front right airmatic suspension was changed with warranty for 7 months clearly printed in the receipt .No shop to my knowledge does this . Good service. I have recommended this shop to my friends .

Francis is like... if I could use my own words to describe... ‘A Mercedes Doctor’. Thanks to him, my 9 years old ride drives like a new car now. All my problems were fixed at reasonable pricing. He’s a perfectionist. Did not get carrot head compared to the quotes given at other workshops which amounted to about 2 x the price I’ve paid. Amazing knowledge and experience he has.

I have been to many workshops. I would say Round Motor is one of the most honest and reliable workshop with competitive charges. Boss Francis is knowledgeable. He will always try his best to troubleshoot my car issues and suggest to fix them using the most cost-saving ways first. He takes pride in his work. Many other workshops would ask you to change a lot of parts at the same time without having the knowledge or experience to troubleshoot and determine the exact problem. Round Motor is different. They specialize in Mercedes too. 5 thumbs up for their excellent service.

I would like to thank Francis for a wonderful job done on my Mercedes. I’m his new customer and will be a loyal one for sure. Car had problem starting and shaking of engine block felt. Went to another workshop previously and they were unable to solve the problem and kept asking me to change things that are not spoiled as if the whole car needed replacement with their unprofessional diagnosis. Spent money and problem not solved and inferior parts were used. I couldn’t take it and went to find Francis to do a diagnosis and trusted him to change the starter motor, oil cooler and cylinder head gasket. He also did a resurfacing of the cylinder head to ensure there are no more leaks. Pressure tests were done also to make sure there are no cracks etc. He also found out that the starter motor and engine oil used by the previous workshop were lousy. He only uses Mercedes recommended parts and he will only ask you to change whatever is spoiled and serious. Things that can change later he will tell u as well. Overall price was very reasonable and at least few thousands cheaper than the other workshop that quoted sky high prices that I went to. Car works perfectly fine now without changing any extra parts that the other workshop said was spoilt. Given his professionalism, it is definitely worth price he is charging. Do yourself a favour and just engage Francis for your Mercedes. Trust me U won’t regret it. No point trying other workshops to waste your time and money like me.
