★ ★ ★ ★ ★ today is 10 Jan 2020 and I emailed them since 17 Nov 2019 and have not heard back regarding support for MYOB. will NOT recommend. the phone line ALWAYS engaged wei! Initial support for 1 st year still ok but now after 2 years wan to everyting charge??? would recommend others go for other reseller. not Runnex. service standard definitely drop! see their Facebook review also cui. cmi really. ice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse day of my life!! I have been trying to get help for Autocount on behalf of my manager, Mr G for the other branches. Runnex staff unable to get back to me regarding my requests although it was cleared by their sales staff Daphne Looi. Even the receptionist who answers the phone (QiMei) - her English is atrocious!! Always have to repeat AND simplify AND remind her of my request!! Really like speaking to children like that. Even my feline can retain information better. Why is it become I chase them now?? very unprofessional. Seventh month may be over but there is 1 ghost who is still here. Daphne Looi!!! Always out of office. Can’t reach on hp. HAIL MARY!!!!! She is smelly as she looks!! What a snake.
