I wouldn't come if i were you. Followed a family member to this place for a 5 min threading treatment. This place is seriously seriously understaffed. The workers take their time and I don't think they are bothered that there have been customers waiting for hours. I am not kidding. One of them had the audacity to bring her screaming child to work and continuously took her out of the place to ride her scooter. After a lady waited for two hours on her chair, she finally tended to her. After confronted, they were extremely defensive and an argument almost started. Trust me, steer clear of this place, go to the one near POSB. I am sure you can be better than this, do not ruin the image of a 24 year old buisness like that. I shall continue my wait.

Great therapist, Rajes, who does a great job. Had been going there for threading & waxing. Always accommodating to my walk-in without appointments if they are available. Can call in a day in advanced for appointment, depending on available slots.

Terrible and inconsistent service. Rushed through threading my brows so there were quite a lot of stray hair left. Staff can be quite rude and lazy as well

I asked them to trim my brows but it is uneven. The lady who was serving me was really not nice because it didn't talk neither did it say anything but just show. When she needed your hand to do the eyebrow she didn't even ask properly. I spent $10 but then my eyebrows are not trim properly. One of my eyebrow has more hair than the other and she nearly tread my eyelashes because it hurts really bad at my eyes when she was trimming in the middle of both my eyes.

They spoiled my eyebrows not only once but twice. Yesterday when I went there, the lady threaded my eye brow very thin and uneven. I had a dinner party later that evening but I ruined my look with that horrible eyebrows.

Very rude customer service by both beautician and counter staff. Beauty service was not up to expectations. I did threading for years and this was my first time here and it was an extremely painful process and my skin below my eyebrows swelled up. Overpriced as well. Definitely not returning back here

Experience with the shop services has been good so far. But they are always not punctual when opening the shop. States open at 11AM, but always late. Had to wait 20min for the first worker to arrive.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Waited longer to pay than for the actual eyebrow threading session (4mins). The lady who threaded my brows was super rough making it really painful and left me with a burning sensation. I thread my brows regularly (at other places) but this is really the worst experience I’ve had. I also realised I had an unused package that’s been dormant for at least 5 years with almost $100 leftover for just eyebrow threading so why is it that the lady tried to get me to add on to my package stating that my balance is “running Low”… it’s been a trend I guess to upsell packages but if you don’t like that then just beware. Wish I read the other reviews before coming here…even though I still have a substantial amount left in my package I doubt I will ever patronise this place again. Likely to remain this way until they shut down.
