★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Henna treatment .I had terrible itch & rash n my scalp on 7th April 2017 after I had Henna Hair treatment combined with protein .. I had gone to this saloon several times (4-5 times) previously for plain Henna treatment without any problems The only difference is that I added protein to my Henna treatment on April 7, to soften my hair as Henna is drying. So the suspected cause could be the protein added to Henna which could have expired or that i could be allergic to it. I had to go Polyclinic twice & the national skin centre once ..but my condition remained for 2 yrs...I have not gone to the salon since April 2017...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved my virgin henna hair colouring service by Rajes! Unlike chemical dyes, there was zero itch or discomfort, and I quite like the herbal smell of the henna dye! Rajes advised me to apply coconut oil after the treatment and wash with shampoo only the next day for a richer colour and it worked. Will be back for more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has to be shut down for flouting all MOH measures. The lady who did my waxing and threading wasn’t wearing her mask properly - it was mostly at her chin not covering both her nose and mouth. I think her name is Sudha. She was both unprofessional and incompetent. Cut my skin above my eye with the thread and her waxing skills were so poor that she left patches of hair all over my arms and legs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is only one person working here. Waited for at least 30 mins outside. When I finally enter the store, she went into the room and was busy with other customer. She did not even say how long will it be. I waited again for 30 mins in the store. An hour plus.. and I’m still waiting. Customer service is ZERO. Please do not come here even if you have time to spare

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall it was average. Went to the Midpoint outlet which was very old and dank. Had two ladies but only one was working - doing everything from answering the phone, payments and making sure customers have checked in to the actual treatment. She was lovely though, v patient and polite even when her colleague bossed her around. It wasn't the best threading, I had to tell her to clean up certain parts, do better shaping, etc. But for the price it's acceptable. That said I will be looking elsewhere for my next eyebrow threading.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you manage to get an appointment in Rupini (@midpoint orchard) then you can get the services (I've tried them mainly for threading, waxing). I was late for a hair appointment and was turned down.
I had some experiences of walk ins, and I've reached place (before the official closing time) and have been turned down because they're "near closing time".
