★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a female BJJ white belt and was recently told about Systema. I had the opportunity to try a class while I was visiting Singapore.
The Systema Singapore club was responsive to questions I asked prior to attending, and were welcoming to the new student. The instructor Ron, is a patient and good teacher, pitching the class at a level, that a complete newcomer such as myself can understand.
I was very impressed with the practice, and if I was in Singapore for a longer period of time, would very much want to continue training with the Systema Singapore club.
