A friend recommended S&H Motor since I needed to find a new workshop for routine service for my car. My previous car mechanic has returned to Malaysia. Recently I was experiencing some issues with the car when driving which I found to be unsafe. Wee Keat and his mechanic took time to listen to my concerns and after the check, called me to explain what could be the issues and had it resolved in a short time. Appreciate their professionalism in addressing my concerns, especially when it comes to safety issues.

Quite contrary to some reviewers’ experience here, mine was absolutely pleasant. The owner and staff here were very professional, efficient, and perhaps most importantly, kind. They certainly did their best to expedite what would otherwise have been a lengthy insurance claim process, and performed repairs as quickly as they could. The workmanship was also commendable. Overall a great experience here.

My family and I have been long time customers of S&H. Have been using various workshops until I found this workshop. Boss is trustworthy, honest and friendly. Pricing is very fair and transparent. High standard work. We have sent our Honda Accord and Lexus RX to S&H for years and my mother-in-law her Merc e-class. Great job on both Japanese and conti luxury cars. Will recommend S&H ?

The workshop has reliable, honest and wallet friendly services. Even offering re-conditioned parts as alternative to save costs on my old car. Also the service exceeded my expectations and the managers keep us updated on the costs and progress, with on time delivery after repairs and servicing. Worth trying!!!

My family has been sending our cars to this workshop for many years, both continental and Japanese cars. My father in law discovered them on a friend's recommendation. We find them honest in their advice, not recommending services which your car may not need, or advising if some work can be delayed. There seems to be little mark up in the price of spare parts and the labour charge is also reasonable. Turnaround is quite fast. They are also able to service and troubleshoot the electronics of continental cars, making it a convenient one stop shop.

I send my car in to S & H Motor for repair works as well as regular servicing. I have always found them to be Professional, Highly Honest (even to the end of advising me against taking up more costly options) and very patient in their dealings with me. The customer experience is excellent as they take you along the journey - taking the time to explain your options as well as guiding you (after considering your preferences) towards the best path with their expertise. I would highly recommend them.

S & H Motor ?????. Service excellent and most importantly after sales service. Recently i went for an accident claim and was done by S & H Motor. Repair was perfect and nicely done up. After few weeks later, some issue on my car. Technicians mostly patience and imparted their knowledge to me. I even talked to one of their staff. He not only patience towards my queries and explained to me out of the box. Meaning basic knowledge about cars and even deeper understandings about other parts of the car. He shows professionalism and concerns towards my car. Not forgetting other staffs there mostly were polite and patience. Lastly I would rather choose this workshop because importantly is the after sales service. Kudos to all the staffs working hard and safe especially this covid period.....

I got into a car accident around Christmas 2020. I went to S&H Motor under the approved panel of workshops for my car insurance. I was recommended by my Insurance Agent to look directly for Ms Angie. When i went over, Angie was busy but she's courteous & helpful so she ask her colleague to handle first before she attend to me. Heard her telling her colleague about my situation as i have contacted her beforehand so they have an idea before handling me. Angie & her colleagues were very helpful and also given professional advices and had patience given to us as we are a little lost when we are trying to think and write what exactly happened at that accident point. Like trying to write composition. They also help to assess & advice the damaged condition and rough estimate about the claim costing and scenarios if claiming against 3rd party or claim own insurance. It's very systematic, they ask for car dashcam sd card, they would take few pictures of the damaged area as well as collect the accident scenes photo & personnel info involved. Everything can be done through whatsapp follow up perhaps due to COVID19 situation. As I required to use car for travel purposes, she managed to get a replacement car for my temporary use at additional cost which isn't included within my car insurance. Was thinking rather than i look on my own rental which might be costly. I also request for the repair time to be as fast as possible and end up i got my nicely done up car in 12 days as including public holidays & sundays. It's considered as very efficient & fast based on what had happened to my car or rather what had been replaced & repaired. Paiseh, keep on asking for update from Ms Angie on collection date but yet she still handled my case with professionalism. I really appreciate Ms Angie's & her team of professional advices and help throughout this troublesome period which i felt and they really need a 'LIKE' as I really appreciate the final outlook of my original car as good as new. Still have a certain period of warranty on what they did.
