They did not complete e process but oppositedly told/emailed us (client) that everything had been 100% done. We discovered and ended up need to hire another law firm to rightfully demand them return of our files for investigation/persual but without success. This SK Kumar Law Practice LLP in emails and their mouth offered tonnes of empty promises and delays with contradictory explainations for over 8 months. They still not dutifully return a copy, nor disclose information or submit to Singapore Land Authority. Then not respond anymore. Now had to proceed to seek assistance by complaint to higher authorities & Police.
