★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash term only. Dr. Siu was good. Bring a proper identification card for registration and everytime you come for consultations. Next to this clinic, there are cafe, salon and mini market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, fair. The receptionist was quite rude, whereas Dr Siu was the total opposite was kind & helpful. I told her I forget my chas card & she told me since I never bring, there is no chas discount. Im ok with it, till I went in to see Dr Siu, he checked everything & is ok I never bring the chas card as my card still valid till 2023. I was quite lost with the receptionist about that.

The doctor pushed in so deep and he was very rough. I felt like he didn’t twist but instead moved vigorously in my nose. I’ve never experienced such painful ART swap before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor with sore negligence! He refused to give referral for second consultation even though there was a breast lump found. Keep refusing to see patient and asked patient to go for consultation at Polyclinic when he could have written a memo easily. Whilst the clinics may be overwhelmed due to COVID-19, the doctor could have at least shown some care rather than turning patients who are seeking help away.
Patient was later diagnosed with Stage 3 Breast Cancer. This could have been discovered earlier if the doctor did the health check thoroughly.
