We approached many blind vendors but when Alan made his first trip here, not only we found ourselves satisfied with his product knowledge but his high level of service integrity that we made payment on the spot. The design was best we've seen, brilliant quality, and wide variety of choices at reasonable prices. Alan was candid and professional, took his time to consider our needs and gave relevant practical advice regardless of whether we went with them or not. Months after installation, there were some minor after-sales rectification needed. But Alan is ever-prompt to serve our needs and it was a breeze and peace of mind.
