β β β β β I was disappointed when I weighed the meat and found out that the 1kg meat was only approximately 600g. Also there's always plastic in the meat that my dad ordered for our shop. Please improve your customer service.They can barely converse in English.

Do not order from this place.
Repeated orders of frozen beef and chicken were mushy and pale. Far cry away from frozen meat I ordered from foodie market place.
Weight declared was wrong.
Ordered 2kg, received 1.7kg
Bag wasnβt sealed properly on arrival, causing blood contamination with other products that came.
Whatβs more, cheese I ordered tasted very plasticy, does not melt under heat. Incredible.
Already emailed SFA for investigation into this company.

The frozen pork is ok.
The beef - not worth the money. Can get better at other online shop.
Sometimes, they missed some items on delivery. Instead of check with their packers? They will request u to check / take photo / emails and then they will check with their packers. This will what happens to me. I thought it should be the other way that they should check with their packer 1st. But no choice, this company told me that it is their procedure to check on customer 1st.
Will not go back to them anymore!
