When I contacted S2M via whatsapp, their response was super super fast and they were able to provide me with a quote promptly. Upon confirmation of the service, they guided me on the delivery requirements to ensure quick custom clearance. Within an hour of service confirmation, the delivery man came to collect the items from me. Thereafter, they provide instant updates on delivery status to me. Most importantly they helped me delivered the medicines to my family member in Malaysia promptly and safely. I highly recommend S2M to anyone who is looking for a fuss free experience! I will definitely use their service in future again.

The pick up and delivery of the items were on schedule as being informed. S2M was also fast in responding to queries and they also notified of when the pick up and delivery would happen in a timely manner. This had eased my comcerns on the receiot of the items.
