Zero stars if possible. Good came damaged. Extremely rough handling even though it was printed "fragile" on the box. If there's any provider that moves goods from China to sg, go for it - any is better than saat global.

The driver is very rude and stubborn. He refused to follow our instructions when we just wanted to put the parcels in correct place. He kept shouting at our staffs and wanted to hit our women staffs.

Maximum value for buck delivery service. Flawless service with constant updates from source to destination. Goods arrived in pristine condition. Great suggestions/solutions for exception occurance. A perfect example would how the consultant advised us on the solutions, due to unexpected delays at source warehouse of multiple products. Absolutely ideal if your focus is service and reliability.

Punctual delivery despite scheduled the last delivery of the day. As it was too late, they came back the following morning to help uncrate 9 crates of furnitures. Will cont this third party freight forwarder.

Good service and handling of items. As the item i bought is huge and fragile, the customer service contacted me when it was received in China and suggested a wooden structure crate to prevent damage. Although the sea port in guangzhou was intermittent service due to covid, they managed to ship and deliver to me in less than 2 weeks. The delivery guy knew that I was alone and helped position the items properly within my house. Its not my first time using their service. I have been using them for the last 2 years for both sea and air delivery from China. Very responsive and always deliver my items in good condition although there are some delays at times for sea shipments due to custom clearance, which is understandable. Great job guys!

delivery lead time was okay. admin girl was sweet and active in updating the customers. but my whole impression of the company dropped to 1 the moment the courier came to my place. I was barefooted in my house and told the courier guy to remove his shoe. which wouldn’t take him more than a minute. but instead of listening to my concern, he insist to walk into my house with his shoes on. and keep stuffing me his phone to sign immediately, even before giving me the time to check on the exterior of my good. just one and only carton. this is very disrespectful to the customers, especially when i did mentioned to remove it then i would like to ask the company then, is the company ready for compensation for any scratches made to the floor tiles in my brand new house , which was damaged by any little stones at the bottom of his shoes on his boot sole?

You'd better pray that your parcel don't get damaged or lost, otherwise their company won't be responsible for anything. My parcel has been lost for more than two months and the company has not offered any solution. They won't call or email you to negotiate compensation. They either not answer the phone or they said they will call back to discuss the solution, but they never call back. I advise people who see my review better NOT USE this company, they have NO CREDIT, NO SERVICE.

Engaged Saat Global for my shipments to Singapore relatives and Australia. World Class Service. Do not blame them for shipment delays due to Pandemic, everywhere is the same, they have been updating shipment from time to time. I will highly recommend Saat Global for business or E-Commerce movements anytime of the day.
