β β β β β A nice 2 levels gym with many equipment. Have chances to use the machines you want even during peak hour. Just a word to the male members, please be considerate, keep the used towels in the bin not left in the bathrooms or changing rooms.

β β β β β Have been enjoyed our morning workout in Toa Payoh EnergyOne Gym for more than two months, pleased with the well-maintained facilities and friendly helpful service staff.
However, the air-conditioning at the second level gym area was faulty since 21-September Monday, plus the hot water system in the shower-rooms was faulty too since 23-September Wednesday.
Would be grateful that all the above-mentioned issues to be solved as soon as possible.

β β β β β Has different variety of equipment and staff are friendly. Also has showers and toilets in the gym which is very convenient. Towels and lockers also provided. Do note that it tends to get crowded after office hours so might have to queue/take turns using machines.

β β β β β 2nd floor under upgrading process. Air condition is super cold in temperature set at 21Β° for 8 control point. Madness ......
Some equipments are old (wear & tear), need to upgrade. The floor mat at free weight area had been replaced. Dumbbell is organised, hope user help to maintain put back original location after used. Hope can increase 2 more banch at free weight area. Currently 3.
Suggest to reorganise the layout for better floor usage.
2nd floor counter took up big space and yet is under utilised, even if need a trainer to be there don't see a need for such big space, further more from observation most of the time no trainer was sitting there(cos lonely), he only walk one round and back to level 1 entrance counter instead.

β β β β β Other than the awesome ORD promo, the management is not doing much for the member's safety, shower stalls still don't have locks, there are still tiny holes that the laogays are using to peep into the cubicle when you are showering
Still no upgrades to the showers after numerous peeping Tom incidents

β β β β β I've been with this gym for nearly a decade, but it has to be said that the current management is far too excessive with its SMMs to the point of being regressive, bordering on being ridiculous.
While most gyms in Singapore have already transitioned to mask off on the gym floor for months, Here you may still get asked to put your mask back on in between sets of your workout while covered in sweat and visibly hyperventilating. This does not happen at any other outlet Ive been to, but is amazingly a weekly occurrence here. A constant annoyance on the regular, but a safety hazard at the worst.
You might be better served choosing another outlet in the meantime, until management catches up with DORSCON Yellow. Will update this review if anything changes. Feedback has been sent via official channels, but to no visible change, so this might not be anytime soon.
