★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited but not open even though it is stated that it is open on the website. Travelled to science park even though it was inconvenient and total waste of time. There was staff there and when we were asked if it was open, the staff just said not open without any explanation. Decided not to try again even at other outlets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is basically never open. When there is staff inside they basically do not care about people at the counter. How do you pay the rent?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went today... stood at the payment counter for 5mins when i saw people using the kitchen. after a while had to approach kitchen to ask if open (11.45am), only got a "head shake" reply... pretty sure they used to open earlier during lunch time... oh well
