★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a couple of daikin ducted aircon remote control that were faulty, and had difficulty finding replacements as they were of an uncommon model. The lady boss recommended a new type of universal remote that was self programming. She was knowledgeable, patient and reasonable, and even allowed us to get a refund if the remote did not work. As it turned out the remote worked perfectly and I am very pleased with the product and the service. Highly recommend speaking to the lady boss if you have issues with your remotes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We bought a ream of cctv cable at 10 metres in length. Quality was good. Staff also introduced surveillance cameras that were able to convert from digital to analogue mode with a switch button. Highly recommended.
