Renovation can be a very stressful and trying process. From the time we met, to completion and beyond, Jess has helped us build our dream home. Being first-time house owners, it was very difficult to make informed decisions. We met with Jess and other popular IDs and contractors. When comparing the quote we realised Jess's quote were not too far off from the contractors. Whole the other IDs were quoting us atleast 10-20K more. Jess quotes were less 5K more than the prices contractors quoted us - and there were very popular contractors known to be affordable. Also, the contractors were not confident of the design scheme we wanted and suggested alternatives that were similar, and had already completed successfully which also showed their limitations in terms of the design aspect. Jess, however, was not only confident, but was able to envision what we wanted and gave us a design scheme beyond our expectations. It was exactly what we wanted and the outcomes were also just as good. She was also very accommodating when we had last min requests. Beyond completion, she also helped us rectify some minor issues (just sealant issues for wardrobe) without question. So you can go to them with a piece of mind. We couldn't be happier with our decision to go with San Haus and we 100% recommend you to go to Jess for advice, especially for prudrnt advice if you're first time home-buyers.
