★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Big corporate indeed and comes with the rigid process and SOPs. Corporate Sales staff can be helpful but not considerate enough to think of clients' needs and requests. We got the vibes and treatment of 'we care only and mostly for larger firms'. Hoping there will be more expenses systems providers who can compete with them on good level so that clients have more choices in the market and therefore allowing no complacency.
