★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible sales person Rujuan!! I used to order for about 1 year with Xiao Ying with no problem. Ever since Rujuan took over, she would tell me my orders have been delivered, when I called her from overseas, only to realise later that she actually forgot to place my order for me. This has happened several times and as a corporate customer, I don't have bandwidth for this kind of nonsense as my office is waiting for fruits! Last straw came today when I had to call to ask why it isn't delivered, and she said she'd check with the driver, and then call me back sheepishly to ask what my order are, as she didn't even take it down when I called her yesterday. Needless to say, it's my last time ordering.
