★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was told two cleaners will work for 5 hrs each. One of them disappeared after 3 hrs. The other lady struggled by herself for another 3 hrs. There is only so much she can do. The house was innreasonable state but not good enough for a handover. The next day, the tenant had issues with the cleanliness. When I requested a touch up cleaning, it was flatly declined and I was blamed that the shabbiness was after the house was cleaned. I will never use this company again or recommend to anyone.
