โ โ โ โ โ Rental agent of Savill's is a big fraud. They are not refunding the deposit after I handed over the flat in pristine condition. Very sad to see such poor behaviour from such a organization.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Laziness, incompetence, missing money, declining standards in our condo, missing furniture, I could go on. Youโd be better off hiring some random person off the street to run your condo.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm staying at Nineresidence and the place manages by Saville at the moment. From last year till.now things don't get better with the lady manager !!! Seems she's not experience in many things example like electrical / gardening and many other departments. I wonder whether she's a qualified manager at all . . Our council.should be reliable for these .

โ โ โ โ โ Savills is the property management company for my mother in law condominium. I assisted her to make management payment and recently made mistake in EFT more than required. I asked for the refund which they agreed but it's been 2 months, nothing is happening. They only do refund by cheque. The reason given initially was issuing of cheque is done one a month (for such a big organisation). After further pursuing reason given was signatories were out of town (for 2 months???). Since they are the property management, we are at their mercy. Very unacceptable for a multi national corporation.

โ โ โ โ โ Savills agent work with property owners in Singapore to perpetuate discrimination in housing. I have been asked by an agent my nationality, and when I pushed back, I did not receive a proper reply. I explained that I'm not renting from a landlord that discriminates based on nationality, even if I'm being 'favored' due to my nationality over others, I don't want such treatment. When I inquired whether the landlord does prefer one nationality over another, I received a curt 'bye' reply via text message. Utter lack of professionalism for this global brand. But now we know: 1) Savills' agents lack the professionalism and the intellectual courage to speak to issues of discrimination prevalent in Singapore, 2) Savills actively work to perpetuate and incentivize such behaviour by landlord, shielding them away from consequences and pushbacks from prospective customers.
