The Indian sales representative (which I did not manage to get her name) was not happy about it and had terrible attitude. She was very rude and reply was unprofessional. Horrible customer service. Since she is not happy to do business, it is alright I will find another service provider. With my bad experience, I would not recommend SBS Consulting to anyone. Suggest to find other service providers.
